"We awarded Neylon Maintenance our facilities management contract in 2006 and since then we have never looked back. They have streamlined the way we run our company and saved us money at the same time. They provide a very professional service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone." “Championing people with disabilities' right to work worldwide”

Neylon has recently become a member of Workability, one of only three members in Ireland. Workability is the world's largest body representing providers of work and employment services to people with a disability.

The organisation was created for the benefit of people with disabilities by:

  • facilitating international exchanges of information, experience and ideas on the need for an arrangement and development of jobs for people with disabilities;
  • promoting the full range of employment opportunities for all people
    with disabilities;
  • promoting legal rights of people with disabilities to equal
    opportunities and non-discrimination; and
Seeking to change governments' policies or decisions in relation to effective employment and/or rehabilitation of persons with disabilities. As the world's largest body representative body representing providers of work and employment services to people with a disabilities, Workability International is more than a voice. More than three million people with disabilities are engaged in work programs delivered by our 126 member organisations throughout 36 countries. Through these members, Workability International has a global reach of more than 9,500 direct employees and service providers. Workability International encourages and actively facilitates the sharing of members' expertise and resources betweeen organisations with diverse economic and social requirements , locally, regionally and worldwide.

Workability Europe represents providers of work and employment services to people with disabilities in Europe. Members of workability, including NEYLON provide a wide range of high-quality services to people with all kinds, and levels of impairments as well as to other socially disadvantaged groups. We deliver efficient and outcome-driven serivces relating mainly to work and employment, Vocational Rehabilitation, Education and Training and Health and Social Care. Workability's members have adopted the Workability International Code of Values, which all of our members are expected to share, cover all aspects of employing and providing related services to disabled people.

Workability now has a new focus that underpins everything it now does:
"Equity in unemployment for people with disabilities everywhere"
Workability international (WI) is a unique organistation~it is the only one of its type operating at a global level to further the cause of people with a disability in relation to matters of employment. WI unites international member bodies, enabling them to share information about best practices, collaborate on projects, and approach policy makers with a unique voice.

Workability International needs to exist, for the benefit of both its members and people with a disability, the ultimate beneficiaries of its work. In order for Workability International to pursue the direction set out by the new strategic plan, which has been developed after consultation with its members, Workability International needs a significant increase in commitment.
