Sylvester Neylon,

Sylvester Neylon
Managing Director

Sylvester established Neylon Maintenance Services over eight years ago. Over the past twenty five years he has extensive experience in the contract cleaning industry. He is an associate member of BICS (British Institute Cleaning Science) and also a member of IBEC (Irish Business and employers’ confederation).

He is actively involved in the local business community and is a member of Loughrea chamber of commerce. He is also patron of St. John of Gods Menni services Island bridge, Dublin. When away from the office, Sylvester has varied interests especially sports including golf and rugby.

Shane Neylon

Shane Neylon,
Industrial Division Manager/Health & Safety Officer

Shane supervises all work in our industrial division and ensures a high level of service and workmanship is maintained. Shane has completed a BICs certificate in Hospital Cleaning (British Institute Cleaning Science) Certificate No. C191073 along with a Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Certificate No. 35228.

Denise Cahalan

Denise Cahalan,
Financial Controller

Denise Cahalan FCA; She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland. Denise graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance in 1997.

She trained in practice and later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as Audit Manager. Denise held a number of positions within the Financial Industry prior to her present role as Financial Controller of Neylons Maintenance Services Ltd.
Her vast experience within the accounting field ensures the smooth running of all the financial services affiliated with NMS.

Keith McIntyre

Keith McIntyre,
Payroll Administrator

Keith joined Neylon Maintenance Services in 2011; he has completed the payroll technician course and is certified with IPASS. He has vast experience in this area having worked several years in the finance department of a large multinational organisation.
Keith is currently completing an accounting technician’s course through the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology.While away from the office Keith likes to travel and keep fit having a keen interest in long distance running.

Alec Farrell,

Alec Farrell,
Quality Control Director

Alec graduated from Athlone Institute of Technology with a degree in Culinary Arts. He has completed several training courses since joining Neylon Maintenance Services, including a BICS Certificate in Hospital Cleaning (British Institute Cleaning Science). Additionally, Alec has received Fetac Level 5 Certificates in Food Safety & HACCP and Care of the Elderly.

Alec is trained to operate our Innovise Servicetrac auditing software and computerised work-loading system. He implements this system across all our sites. On a personal note, Alec evidently enjoys cooking, having once been a food consultant to RTE’s series The Restaurant. He also takes pleasure in fishing, raising poultry and spending quality time with family & friends.

Gerry McDonnell

Gerry McDonnell,
Director of Catering

Gerry has enjoyed over 30 years experience in the catering industry. During this time, he has operated his own successful restaurant and catering company. Gerry is currently the Residential Care Manager in the Midland and Western region.

In conjunction with his Regional Director role, Gerry is responsible for HACCP, safety and compliance requirements. He has completed the Fetac Level 5 Food Safety & HACCP and Level 6 Food Safety “Train the Trainer” course. Gerry is currently completing the Fetac Care of the Elderly course through Forus. Outside of work, Gerry has a keen interest in Rugby, Horseracing and Golf.

Maria Sava

Maria Sava,
Training Manager/HR Administration

Maria has a wealth of experience within the Healthcare Maintenance industry. In 2007 Maria became a fully qualified BICS (British Institute Cleaning Science) Trainer and has recently attained a Cleanpass Trainer certificate.

Maria holds a Certificate in Employment Law from Liffey College. Furthermore, she is currently studying Human Resource Management at Dublin Business School. Away from work, Maria is an avid reader and fitness enthusiast.

Bogna Krol

Bogna Krol,
Infection Control Compliance Manager

Bogna is a fully qualified BICS Trainer (British Institute Cleaning Science). She completed and qualified in COPC Hospital Skills Training stage 1 in June 2006 and stage 2 in May 2007 at the Academy of Cleaning. Bogna has recently become a Certified Cleanpass Trainer.

Bogna has vast experience within the Healthcare Maintenance industry, specifically working in hospital environments such as surgical theatres. In her personal time, Bogna has a keen interest in Music, Amateur Cookery, Cinema and Exercise.

Annemarie Keating,

Annemarie Keating,
Sales & Marketing

Annemarie graduated from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology Galway with a degree specialising in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
She has worked for 8 years in the Financial Services sector; she has experience in the areas of Customer Service, Compliance, Regulation and project management.
Annemarie likes to keep fit and practice Yoga in her spare time.

Annemarie Keating,

Georgiana Pascu,
Manager of Healthcare Compliance

Georgiana is responsible for implementing & overseeing the compliance of healthcare standards and procedures for Healthcare Facilities.In 2012, Georgiana completed a course in Safe Patient Care: Healthcare-Associated Infection Prevention & Control for All in affiliation with RSCI/HSPC. She also completed the Cleanpass course in 2010 & 2013.

Georgiana has a degree in Foreign languages and literature from the Bucharest University, and a degree in Foreign languages specialising in Public Relations from Babes-Bolyai University.In her spare time, Georgiana is a keen fitness and travel enthusiast.
