On the 28th and 29th of June, employees of Neylon undergone the Cleanpass course which is a first of its kind, customised training programme, that ensures Healthcare support staff achieve all HIQA standards training requirements!
The training has been developed around National Irish hygiene standards. The CLEANPASS concept is designed to mirror the hugely successful Safe Pass concept in the construction industry.
All aspects of CLEANPASS training has been developed to mirror National best practice and Hygiene Standards set out by HIQA (Health Information and Quality Authority).
Employees at Neylon have benefited hugely from undertaking this course. Benefits included are:

The management team now know that they have a hygiene services team with FETAC accredited skills and competencies, a team equipped with the understanding and knowhow to carry out their tasks to best practice standards with patient and their own safety in mind, and a trainers report and evaluation on each group.
