Neylon Maintenance Services Ltd. is a 100% Irish Owned family run business, founded by its Managing Director Sylvester Neylon in 2004, Neylon Maintenance Services has grown from strength to strength and currently employs over 200 staff Nationwide in the nine years since the company was first established.

Neylon Maintenance Services has grown to be national provider of contract cleaning services, ground maintenance/landscaping, facility management, security and catering. The essence of Neylon Maintenance Service’s strategy lies in creating tomorrow’s competitive advantage faster than competitors mimic the ones we possess today. We understood early on that in order for us to prevail in today,s market that we needed to match our resources and capabilities to the opportunities that arise in the external environment.
We constantly strive to bring innovative cleaning methods, systems and products to the market place to enhance our performance and the satisfaction of all our clients. It is this ethos which has led to the development of a bespoke management software system called Flex FMS, this is the only system of its kind available worldwide and is unique to Neylon Maintenance Services.
